Embatted City con artist, Victor Kanyari of Salvation Healing Ministry, escaped death by a whisker on Saturday evening after angry Kayole residents attempted to stone him for misleading his innocent flock.
Kanyari runs a church in Kayole and he was invited to a prophetic crusade organized by members of his church. The crusade which was christened, Ngurumo Za Radi na Miujizaand Kanyari was expected to be the Guest Speaker.
He checked in at around 6.00 PM driving a tinted Prado and when he alighted from the expensive car, some rowdy young men spotted him. They then started shouting,“Mwizi wa Mbegu, Choma Yeye” as they pelted his car with stones.
But since he is a licensed gun holder, he shot in the air and dispersed the crowd of rowdy people who were baying for his blood. He then sped off towards Donholm leaving his congregation in confusion.
Surprisingly, the venue of the crusade was filled to capacity despite Kenyans having been warned that his miracles are fake.
Police came at the scene after some minutes and ordered the prophetic crusade shut down for now.
